Barbell Basics Seminar

This 2 hour long seminar will focus on teaching proper form and bracing for the 3 primary barbell lifts (back squat, bench press & deadlift).

During this session you will first learn how to properly breath and brace.
Followed by a technique breakdown of each lift. Along with personalized adjustments based on your own needs.
The session will finish with general recommendations as to how to best program them based on your training goals.  

A perfect starting place for beginners to the barbell, as well as intermediate lifters looking to improve their technique.
